Prolong excessive vibration in machinery rotating devices such as motors, fans, and pumps often lead to machinery failure. Installation of vibration sensor on the machinery rotating devices is necessary in order to monitor the system periodically. Vibration switches continuously monitor vibration on a machine and give alert when vibration exceeds the vibration standard. Followed by providing information in controlling the speed of rotating machine to minimize excessive vibration or in more critical cases, to shutdown of the machine depending on the type of vibration switch and its configuration.
